Scientists make a discovery at the North Pole: Veni, an ancient sphere of energy. 
They extract the energy from Veni and transfer it to Gravis, a yeti, to control its power.
Gravis becomes attached to Veni and becomes ten times stronger. He uses it to escape. He puts Veni on his shoulder and runs away. Veni is weak. If she falls, she may not make it. Gravis gives his strength to keep Veni safe.
